Your Initial deposit of $500 is non-refundable.
Cancellation requests submitted before 1/7/25 – refunded all payments less $500 deposit and less 2% per each payment on plan fees if using a plan
Cancellation requests before 1/9/25 – refunded 50% of balance less $500 deposit and less 2% per each payment on plan fees if using a plan
Cancellation requests submitted after 1/9/25 - no refunds given
You can exchange your ticket with another person. This needs to be self organised and notified via email with new persons email and mobile contacts provided before 19/9/2025
